To start your healing process, please call our Intake Assistant, Valeria Sanchez-Lucas at 615-258-5850 or firstname.lastname@example.org for the Nashville office and Valerie Guzman at 931-241-4143 or email@example.com for the Clarksville office.
We know this first step is a difficult one, but our knowledgeable and understanding staff members will obtain the necessary information to get you or your loved one the help needed to begin the healing journey.
Our intake process consists of a brief phone call and a face-to-face visit with the Intake Specialist, usually within the same week. This first session will be used to explore the type of service you need, how S.A.C. can best help you, offer appropriate referrals when necessary and determine the best method of payment.
S.A.C. accepts most insurance plans and offers a sliding fee payment scale according to income. We will not turn anyone away for inability to pay.
Once the initial intake is completed, an appointment with a therapist will be scheduled. Corisa Ricciardi is our Client Navigator, who will follow up regarding our waitlist, you can contact her at 615-258-5887, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our 24-Hour Crisis & Support Line is available for immediate assistance or ongoing support. The line is operated by trained staff and volunteers. Please call 1.800.879.1999 for immediate Crisis & Support Line services.
